Faith Formation Registration

The Faith Formation team is excited to announce that Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is open! You can visit the Family Formation or Jr. High CTN pages to access the registration form and find out more about the K-6 Family Formation and 7th and 8th grade CTN programs. In our K–6 Family Formation program, parents/guardians join us for a dedicated parent session held at the same time and for the same duration as the children’s session. Your presence helps nurture your child’s growing faith. For our 7th–8th grade CTN program, students attend independently. On the alternate weeks, families are encouraged to continue faith conversations at home through guided lessons designed to support living the faith each day.

Please note that registration fees have changed this year from a full-family rate structure to a per-child structure. This change was made to help ensure the long-term sustainability of the Faith Formation program while continuing to provide meaningful experiences for all families and students. This structure includes children in both Family Formation and CTN. Your registration is not complete until we receive full payment. You may pay online or submit a check to the parish office made payable to St. Patrick with “Faith Formation” in the memo line. Registration closes on Friday, August 7, 2026.

To help alleviate the spacing challenges we’ve experienced in the Parish Center, K-6 Family Formation will be capping the number of families at each session this year. This will help ensure a more comfortable and engaging environment for everyone participating. We will close registration for a specific session when it is at capacity. We appreciate your understanding as we work to create the best experience possible for all our families!
