Prayer Shawl Ministry

The Prayer Shawl Ministry handcrafts shawls for members of our parish community experiencing illness, grief, or any difficult time in their lives.    
MEETS: First Mondays from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
WHERE: Room 9 of the Parish Center

As we create our shawls, we pray that God will bless the work of our hands and allow our shawls to bring hope, comfort and prayers to people in need. If you or someone you know could find comfort in a prayer shawl, please contact the parish office to receive one. 

You do not have to attend the meetings to join the ministry. If you are interested in knitting, crocheting, or sewing shawls, or have one to donate, please contact the office or email us at: prayershawls@stpatrickyorkville.org.
