There are just two steps to completing your registration for K-8 Family Faith Formation at St. Patrick Parish. If you are currently not a registered parishioner at St. Patrick, please contact the office for assistance with registration, 630-553-6671, or follow the steps by clicking here.

STEP 2: Completing the Financial Commitment:
K-8 Family Faith Formation Registration is not complete without the financial commitment. You may submit your payment in 2 ways:
- Through online giving and selecting “Faith Formation 2026-2027” by clicking here.
- By check, please place it in an envelope and bring it to the parish office during office hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 9:00 – 1:00 PM. Please make checks payable to “St. Patrick” with “Family Faith Formation” in the memo line.
