There are just two steps to completing your registration for K-8 Faith Formation at St. Patrick Parish. If you are currently not a registered parishioner at St. Patrick, please contact the office for assistance with registration, 630-553-6671, or follow the steps by clicking here.
STEP 1: Completing the Online Registration Form:
This year our registration is a Google Form and can be completed online.

STEP 2: Completing the Financial Commitment:
K-8 Faith Formation Registration is not complete without the financial commitment. You may submit your payment in 2 ways:
- Through online giving and selecting “Faith Formation 2023-2024” by clicking here.
- By check, please place it in an envelope and bring it to the parish center where you can leave it in the black drop box located by the sidewalk outside the parish center doors. Please make checks payable to “St. Patricks” with “Faith Formation” in the memo line.
